Her leadership experience spans K-12 education, higher education, Career and Technical Education (CTE), dual credit, Early College High Schools (ECHS), P-TECH, and workforce-aligned pathway development, serving students and institutions in small, medium and large urban, suburban, and rural communities.

As a Leadership Coach with Educate Texas, Rosena provides strategic guidance to school districts, colleges, and leadership teams implementing College and Career Readiness School Models and workforce-aligned initiatives. Her expertise includes executive leadership, program development, grant management, educational technology, work-based learning systems, industry partnerships, and organizational transformation.

Throughout her career, Rosena has partnered extensively with community colleges, universities, workforce boards, business and industry leaders, and state agencies to create sustainable pathways that increase student success and economic mobility. As Director of High School Programs for the Alamo Colleges District, she led regional dual credit, Early College High School, and workforce programs while strengthening partnerships between secondary and postsecondary institutions. She also served as an education consultant with Children At Risk, supporting school systems through strategic planning, college and career readiness initiatives, CTE program improvement, grant implementation, and leadership coaching.
